GUEST SERVICES

Our guest services kiosk is located near Shoppers Drug Mart on the eastern side of the mall and is available during all centre hours.

Guest Services is open during all regular and special holiday shopping hours. Friendly representatives staff the booth and provide information and directions as well as complimentary wheelchairs and strollers. You can purchase Quinte Mall gift cards here. Accessibility: Quinte Mall aims to ensure that everyone enjoys our premises. Wheelchairs are available at Guest Services, our customer service kiosk, free of charge. Each mall entrance has an automatic door that opens with the push of a button. Designated handicapped parking spaces are located outside each of the mall entrances.

Mall Walking: We welcome you to come walk at Quinte Mall Monday to Saturday 7:00am to 9:00am and Sunday 9:00am to 11:00am. Wear comfortable shoes as each lap around the mall is one kilometer! Maps are available at Guest Services.

Stroller Fitness: Join our stroller fitness group on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 9:00 am for an hour of mall walking, stretching, stroller exercise, fitness and fun. This FREE program is a partnership of Quinte Mall and Goodlife Fitness. We are happy to provide free child-minding at Goodlife Fitness.

Security: We have 24/7 security on site. If you have any concerns
please visit our Security Office during all regular mall hours.
