Terms and Conditions of Use

1. By accessing and using the Quinte Mall Internet Service, you agree that you have read, understand, and accept the Terms and Conditions below for all use. If you do not agree to this policy, it is recommended that you do not use this service.

2. The Quinte Mall Internet Service is intended for the exclusive use of its guests. All others are prohibited from using this service.

3. Users may not use this network in any manner that is in violation of our policies, including but not limited to transmitting defamatory, obscene, pornographic, offensive, insulting or harassing material or messages. The use of profanity, obscenity or other language that may be offensive to another user.

4. Users may not use this network to gain unauthorized access to other systems or programs.

5. Users may not use this network to operate any music and/or video sharing programs, as these are illegal.

6. Users may not copy and/or download commercial software or other material (e.g. music) in violation of federal copyright laws.

7. Users may not use this network to transmit any material which would be in violation of any local, province, or federal law. This includes, but is not limited to: copyrighted materials, threatening or obscene material, or material protected by trade secret.

8. Any form of vandalism, included but not limited to, damaging computers, computer systems, or networks, and/or disrupting the operation of the network is prohibited.

9. The network may not be used for financial gain, commercial activity, or illegal activity, e.g. hacking

10. The network may not be used for creating and/or placing a computer virus on the network.
